Accounting Services Ireland - All Filing and Communication Done for You |
As a client of St Matthew eAccounting we take care of the accounting requirements for your Irish business. Based on the bookkeeping work performed by our bookkeeping staff we provide the following:
- Year-End Accounts: These are the financial statements that need to be filed with Companies Registration Office (the register of companies) and Irish Revenue Commissioners, the tax authorities. Our accountants produce the accounts and once signed off by you they will be filed with the authorities.
- Tax Return: A corporation tax return (CT1) needs to be filed with IRC together with the financial statements no later than 12 months after the end of the financial year. Our accountants produce the tax return and file it with IRC once approved by you.
- Communication with IRC: During the normal course of business IRC may have some enquiries or need some clarification. Our specialists will deal with all of that on your behalf.
