We need the name, address, date of birth, nationality and occupation of the director and the shareholders. In order to confirm these we need you to provide us with a copy of your passport, which you may scan in and send to us via email, ensuring the quickest, most cost efficient way. After the incorporation of your company at the Companies House we will send you an email with the memorandum of articles, which is the combination of articles of association and memorandum of associations. We will also send you the certificate of incorporation via post. If you need a certified copy we are able to order one for you. Activity in the Republic of IrelandWe will need you to provide some form of proof that your company will be carrying out activity and will, once formed, include the holding, acquisition or disposal of property in Ireland. This must include: - the general nature of the activity and the appropriate NACE code classification
- the place or places in Ireland where the proposed activity will be carried out
- the place, whether in Ireland or not, where the central administration of the company will normally be conducted
