We will need you to tell us the name of your company. Please bear in mind that there are certain sensitive words that will have to be backed up by documentation which justifies their inclusion in your company's name. Examples are International, British, Group, Holdings, English, Scottish, Wales, King, Royal etc.
Directors and Shareholders
We need the name, address, date of birth, nationality and occupation of the director and the shareholders. In order to confirm these we need you to provide a copy of your passport, which you may scan and send to us via email, which is the quickest, most cost-efficient way.
After the incorporation of your company at Companies House we will send you an email which contains the memorandum of articles, which is the combination of articles of association and memorandum of associations. We will also send you the certificate of incorporation via post. If you need a certified copy we can order one for you.
