St Matthew eAccounting offers fully inclusive Ltd packages with an eperienced international team who speaks your language.
Want a one-off fiscal service? We offer these, too. Quickly, professionally, and hassle free.
Fast Ltd set-up: You are a serious, experienced entrepreneur who is about to start or has just started a new venture. To give your plan a strong framework you are looking to register a company. You know exactly what you want. And you want it fast.
UK, Ireland or offshore? Maybe you have already considered the UK or Ireland as locations, where you can set up your new venture. You may even have considered offshore options.
What you need is a partner who can support you with all the initial formalities as well as the ongoing maintenance of the company. A partner who can open a bank account for you and register you for VAT.
Worried about communication? You may be worried about having to communicate in English and are looking for a partner, who knows what he is doing and can communicate with authorities and banks on your behalf as well as advise you in your own language.
You may live in a country where setting up a company is very complicated and long-winded. A bunch of pencil-pushers make your life a misery. There is no sense of urgency. This is no good for you.
Save on tax and minimise bureocracy: You want speed and the people who work with you should be switched on. The least bureaucracy possible please. Leave the red tape outside.
And then, of course, you want to avoid paying excessive taxes. You need a tax-efficient solution that protects your hard-earned cash. Sure, taxes are a fact of life, but why pay more than the absolute minimum required?
We help international entrepreneurs to set up and manage Ltd companies in the UK with the objective of minimising their tax and administrative burden in their day-to-day business.
First: This is not just some incorporation service. Far from it. We are a firm of accountants and business advisors. You get a full-blown service package. We support you before, during and after the company has been set up and help you to manage it as required. We communicate with the tax authorities on your behalf.
There are more and it's all included! Nobody else does that. Sounds great?
One of our UK-based specialists or St Matthew eAccounting will become the director of your UK company. There will be a contract between you and the director ensuring this director does not engage in any business but will solely lend his name to your company and that it is the shareholder (you) who owns all shares. This ensures that your identity cannot be publicly found on any records.
A list of ready-made companies will be supplied for you to select the company name you wish to purchase. The package supplied includes:
- Copies of the Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Company Register Minute Book
- Certificate of Incorporation
- VAT Registration Number
There are different types of ready made companies that are useful in different situations.
St Matthew eAccounting prepared a package, with which we want to deliberately dissociate ourselves from Ltd incorporation agencies. Concretely: We begin there where such agencies stop. We offer all services of an agency and much more. Our team members know what they are doing and you won't hear our business advisers say "I don't know the answer to your question", no matter how complex.
The requirements and processes of running and managing a business in Ireland are often very different to those of other countries. We therefore employ a multicultural and multinational team, who can explain the process in your language. With their expertise and experience we can explain and advise you on the Irish system and answer any questions you may have.
Offshore companies can provide an interesting solution for you. Do you have worldwide income, which you either do not pay tax on or only pay tax on after agreed upon? Are you worried that your local economy or political situation is unstable and that your assets will be affected or even frozen? Do you want to protect your identity and that of people you trade with? Do you want to protect your assets from local authorities, for instance if you are getting divorced?
There are many more situations, in which offshore solutions would be a good option to explore. St Matthew eAccounting carefully analyses your situation and considers which offshore jurisdiction will suit you best.
If you have a private company and it is not trading you should be aware that the simplest and least expensive method of closing it down is to apply for it to be struck off the register of companies.
This is quite a common situation that usually arises when directors of the company want to retire or when the owner/ sole director wishes to return to PAYE or self employed status . If you have a limited company that is insolvent or is likely to be insolvent you should not apply.
If you would like your company to be struck off the register it is of the utmost importance that you must check with people the mainstakeholders of the company such as its creditors, employees or investors.
- Year End Accounts
These are the financial statements that need to be filed with Companies House (the register of companies) and HMRC, the tax authorities. Our accountants produce the accounts and once signed off by you they will be filed with the authorities.
- Dormant Accounts
A company is dormant if it has had no 'significant' accounting transactions during a financial year. We will claim an exemption from sending in audited accounts on your behalf. All you need to do is send us your abbreviated balance sheet and notes and we do the rest.
-
Corporation Tax Return
A corporation tax return needs to be filed with HMRC together with the financial statements no later than 12 months after the end of the financial year. Our accountants produce the tax return and file it with HMRC once approved by you.
-
Personal Tax Return
We sort out your tax returns for you. All we need from you is information on your salary, your previous tax return, and a signed 64-8 so we can act on your behalf towards the authorities if necessary. This includes Non Dom services as well as standard personal tax returns.
-
Annual Return
The maintenance of statutory books is the keeping up-to-date of the records and where necessary, the adjustments to reflect any changes that have taken place within the company. Statutory books and records are documents kept by your company which detail important aspects of your operations and structure.
