Philipp Sauerborn - Managing Director

Phillipp is the managing partner of the firm and in charge of our London office. Philipp started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zurich in 2001 and joined St Matthew eAccounting in 2006. Beside his management duties Philipp is a principal consultant to major European clients of the firm. He has become an expert in international VAT affairs and Non Dom solutions. Phillipp speaks German, English and some French.

Maryna Malik - Operations Manager

Maryna has been with St Matthew eAccounting since the very beginnig when there were only four people in the office. As an operations manager she has one of the most important roles as the head of the customer service department and is also responsible for the payroll of our company as well as the general internal office regulation in London. She has an MA in Business Administration and Financial Management from the Edinburgh Business School. Maryna speaks English, Russian and Ukranian.

Tooba Ahmadi - Company Secretary

Tooba is responsible for the maintenance of statutory records, the drafting of resolutions, board meetings, and annual general meetings (AGM), issuing share and dividend certificates, assisting in mergers and takovers, filing of annual returns,  annual accounts and dormant accounts, and notarising and apostiling incorporation and other essential documents. She has a Postgraduate certificate in Financial Anaylsis from the London School of Business & Finance and is in the process of graduating in Finance and Corporate Governance from the Instutite of Charatered Secretaries and Administration. Tooba joined St Matthew at the beginning of 2008 and speaks English, Persian and Urdu.

Inga Behrmann - Assistant Accountant

Inga Behrmann supports our accountants in duties such as filing year end accounts, bookkeeping and fiscal advice. She has a degree from the Advanced Technical College for International Fiscal- and Business Law focussing on fiscal law. She has worked as an accountant assistant in several German accountancy firms over the period of seven years. She joined St Matthew at the beginning of 2009 and speaks German and English.

Etienne Bustreau - French New Business Consultant

Etienne provides customer service and support on Tax, VAT and providing solutions for the needs of our French clients.  As part of the French sales team he works on the French Marketing campaign. He has a degree in Economics and Management from Institut d'Etudes Politiques. With a background in marketing consultation he has joined St Matthew eAccounting in January 2009. Etienne speaks French, Romanian, Spanish and English.

Agnieszka Celmer - Assistant Accountant

Agnieszka works on the preparation of quarterly VAT returns and reconciliations and Year-End Accounts and is involven in bank reconciliations, cash flow reports, and ledger. She graduated in management and marketing from the Technical University in Opole, and has an MBA in Accounts for Managers from the Birkbeck University of London. She has been with St Matthew eAccounting since the beginnig of 2008. Agnieszka speaks Polish and English.

Dhanashree Ghadge - Assistant Accountant

Dhanashree is responsible for preparing VAT and Accounts with the key focus on enhancing client satisfaction through effective client interface. Dhanashree has worked over four years as an assistant acocuntant at a chartered accountant's firm. Throughout her career Dhanashree has held the key responsibilities of information gathering, accounting, client interface and team management. Dhanashree has a Masters in Business Administration in the Finance domain. She joined St Matthew at the beginning of 2008 and speaks English and Hindi.

Claudio Fioresta - Italian Marketing Assistant

Claudio joined St Matthew in 2009 and is responsible for the Italian PPC marketing campaign and content managing the Italian website. He writes daily news on business for the Italian market and coordinates the Spanish and the French campaign with the other marketing team members. He has a Degree in the Science of Communication and a Specialist Degree in Public, Social and Political Communication from the University of Bologna. He also has an Master of Science in Marketing Management from the European School of Economics and he has previously worked for advertising agencies in Italy. Claudio speaks Italian and English. He further speaks a bit of Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Ferdinando Fusaro - Italian New Business Consultant

Nadine Heising - Secretary

Nadine has joined St Mtthew eAccounting at the beginning of 2009. Her responsibilities involve handling correspondence in German and English, overseeing the schedule and the reception of the London office of ST Matthew eAccounting. Nadine is trained as a clerk in public administration from the Polytechnic for Public Administration and Judicature in Germany. She specialises in human resources, public finance and budgets, and public administrative law. Nadine speaks German, English and French perfectly.

Andreas Jenk - English and German New Business Consultant

Andreas is a consultant for the UK, the US and international clients. Andreas graduated with a BA from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland, as well as a Bsc from the London Metropolitan University. Being half Scottish and half Swiss, Andreas speaks French, German, English, and Swiss German. He has been providing nominee services for many clients of the firm since joining St Matthew eAccounting in March 2008.

Asim Khan - Bookkeeper

Imran Khan - Assistant Accountant

Imran has been an assistant accountant with St Matthew since April 2008. Imran worked as a Management Accountant for En Pointe Technologies Inc. and held supervisor and senior Auditor responsibilities with Ernst & Young and KPMG in Pakistan. He is an ACA and member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, currently studying MSC in Finance and Investment from BPP Business School, UK and Advanced Stage examinations of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Imran speaks English and Urdu.

Sabrina Krainer - Assistant Secretary

Sabrina is responsible for assisting our company secretary Tooba in communicating with German clients in relation to company secretarial tasks such as retrieving information in order to file annual returns, annual accounts and dormant accounts, and notarising and apostiling incorporation and other essential documents. During Sabrina's three year apprenticeship as an office clerk she gained knowledge in accounting, customer service and business operation. Sabrina joined St Matthew eAccounting in July 2009 and speaks English and German.

Marcela Krissakova - Banking Coordinator

As part of the banking department since the beginning of 2009 Marcela is the contact between HSBC, Natwest and the clients. She accompanies and advises clients throughout the process of account opening and questions they have. Marcela speaks German, French and English.

Thiha Kyaw - Bookeeper

Thiha has worked as an accountant for Shwe Taike Ltd and KPMG Pte Ltd in Myanmar for several years. He has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Yangon Institute Of Economics and is ACCA qualified in the UK, is a Certified Accounting Technician from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and has a group Diploma In Accounting from the London Chamber Of Commerce & Industry. He has been with St Matthew since 2008 and deals with the general bookkeeping of our clients. Thiha speaks English and Burmese.

Lira Leirner - Content, Marketing and Translation Manager

Lira has many years of experience as a legal, medical and business translator, interpreter, and language teacher and is a published journalist. She has worked in PR and marketing for a range of clients. Lira joined St Matthew in 2008 and has managed and contributed to the creation of all of St Matthew's websites from scratch. She has a degree in Sociology and Cultural Studies specified in business and white-collar criminology from the University of London. Lira speaks English, Portuguese and German.

Yuba Neupane - Chartered Certified Accountant

Yuba is responsible for the account preparation of our clients, handles corporation and personal tax, and advises clients on complience requirements. He is a chartered accountant with years of experience and has an ACCA and an MBA. Yuba started working at St Matthew eAccounting at the beginning of 2008. Yuba speaks English, Nepalese and Hindi.

Nora Ondrovicova - Administrator

Nora has an MA in Business Economics and Intercultural German Studies. She deals with the administration of VAT registration, our client's payrolls, nominee services and general administration of St Matthew and it's clients. Nora has joined St Matthew in 2008. Nora speaks German, English, Slovak, and Czech.

Javier Palacin - Spanish and French New Business Consultant

Javier graduated in Business Administration and Management from the  Autónoma de Madrid University and completed the course on Business Administration at the University Pantheón Assas. Furthermore, he has an MA in Creating Companies with a technology base. He has worked at St Matthew as a consultant with the French and Spanish market since 2008 and is responsible for the sales departement for France and Spain. Javier speaks English, French and Spanish.

Tanja Pazarcik - Credit Control Coordinator

Tanja is the general contact of clients and suppliers, pays incoming invoices and suppliers and monitors incoming and outgoing invoices. She started with St Matthew as a sales assistant at the beginning of the year 2008 and quickly got promoted to executive assistant and then credit control coordinator. Together with our operations manager Tanja is also partly responsible for internal office regulations in London. Tanja speaks German and English.

Michelangelo Pozzi - Italian Business Consultant Assistant

Michelangelo is responsible for the assistance of our New Italian Business Consultant Ferdinando.  He deals with the correspondence and customer service of Italian clients and supports them during fiscal errands. Michelangelo has a BSc in International Business from the European School of Economics and has a background in financial assitance of several companies. Michelangelo has been with St Matthew since June 2009 and speaks Italian, French and English.

Emily Quin - Bookkeeper

Emily joined St Matthew in July 2008. Her roles include the handling of quarterly VAT returns and preparation of end of year accounts. Emily is an ACCA Affiliate and has an MA in Business administration, an MA in International Business Admistration from Bournemouth University, and an Msc in applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University. Emily speaks English and Mandarin.

Claire Sandford - Senior Accountant

Claire deals with our major clients business advice on tax, tax compliance and accounting queries. She worked as a tax manager for Ernst & Young and is an expert in UK personal and corporate tax, VAT, UK investment partnerships, UK property companies, funds and non-domicile individuals. She has a BSc in Maths from the University of Bristol, is qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT). She has joined St Matthew at the beginning of 2008. Claire speaks English and Spanish.

Beatrix Varga- German and Hungarian New Business Consultant

Beatrix has a background with IBM Global Financing and graduted from the Budapest Business School, Faculty of Foreign Trade. Beatrix joined St Matthw eAccounting at the beginning of 2008. She takes care of new clients from the first call to quote proposals and general client related problem solving. Beatrix speaks German, English and Hungarian.

Ricardo Vellila - Spanish Assistant Marketing

As a marketing assistant Ricardo translates the Spanish website, writes regular articles and supervises the PPC marketing. Ricardo joined St Matthew in 2009 as a marketing assistant supervising the Spanish PPC Marketing campaign and content managing the spanish website. He writes news for the spanish market. He has an International Degree in Management by the University of Navarra with an Erasmus in the Warsaw School of Economics (Poland) and an exchange program with Korea University (South Korea). He speaks Spanish and English.
